Profi Hoof knifes, available as left-handed or right-handed knives, are sold pre-sharpened. These are the knives I use myself. The blades are made from a stainless-steel alloy with increased chromium and have a water-resistant hardwood handle. These knives are comfortable to use and hold their sharpness very well.
